 The kitchen is both modern and well equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, all utensils and ample crockery and glassware for six persons. 

 

 

 The apartment has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite, while the second bedroom has two single beds. A separate cot is also available for use in this apartment. There is a separate bathroom with toilet, bath, shower and wash basin.

 

The balcony is perfectly positioned to take advantage of the views over the pool whilst retaining the privacy you would desire. It is very spacious making it ideal for either lounging on one of the beanbags with a well deserved glass of something chilled or indeed dining 'alfresco'.

The communal roof terrace is also situated directly above this apartment which makes it very convenient for those relaxing summer evenings.  You can also find two barbeques on the terrace. While waiting for your steaks to cook you can take in some breathtaking views over Kusadasi and beyond to the crystal blue Aegean Sea.  When the time comes, you will also be able to experience one of the most awesome sunsets on the planet.
